A solidly hit golf shot can have 9 different ball flights: straight, too high, too low, slice, high slice, low slice, hook, low hook, high hook.
Low hooks and high slices are the more common shots seen on the golf course. High slices cause a loss of distance and obviously lack of direction control. Low hooks like the one seen below on the left cause the golfer to have a lack of direction control plus they fly the ball too low therefore struggling to hit the ball and have it carry far enough and to be able to stop the ball on the green. The golfer below nearly doubled the height of their 7 iron shots, carried the ball further (131 meters to nearly 145 meters) and had the ball descend at an angle similar to a PGA tour professional so they could stop the ball on the green.
After one lesson using Flightscope and some hard practice the golfer below recently improved their ballflight leading to a gross score of 74 off an 8 handicap.
