Last weekend we conducted the first ever Aimpoint Express Clinic at the Club with visiting Golf Professional Steve Giuliano. Aimpoint Green Reading will transform your game by teaching you the one aspect of putting which is never taught – exactly where to aim.
Golfers who attended learnt how to judge tilt and put a value to it, learn how to aim using your fingers for that tilt for both short and long putts as well as learning how to calibrate for given green speeds and how to aim for double breaking putts.
I personally could not believe how simple and effective the system was and I have been trying to get out and practice as I’ve also sadly realised that I’ve spent a long time playing golf not really aiming correctly when putting!
I would really like to thank all the members who attended and help support getting Steve to visit us and run the session, I have penciled Steve in to conduct another session in late October so please keep an eye out for the promotion of these sessions. These next sessions are also an opportunity for me to personally complete my training to become a Certified Aimpoint Instructor thereby allowing me to offer personal Aimpoint sessions to Mount Lawley members.
