Originating from St Andrews, Scotland, Evelyn visited Australia many times for a holiday before deciding WA was where she wanted to make her new home in 2012. With her love of the beautiful beaches and turquoise waters that Western Australia has to offer, she takes every opportunity to sit and enjoy the ocean.
Evelyn started her golf career as a proshop assistant at Altone Golf Course in Beechboro in 2013, where she took up the game in 2014 before moving to working in the golf shop at Hillview Golf Course.
Evelyn joined a club in 2015 to gain her GA handicap, which at present is standing at 32.8 but she is working on bringing it down and is looking forward to her days off so she can play a round of 18 holes.
