CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- ELIGIBILITY The Birthday Cup is open to all Male members with weekend playing rights (Full, Life, Rest A, Rest B). Female members in the same categories are invited to play but will not be included in the Birthday Cup. Prizes for the Women will be awarded based on the number of Female entries.
- BOOKING TIMES Bookings will open to the membership categories as listed below:
Full, Rest A & B and Juniors 10:00am Thursday 15th July
Restricted G 10:00am Thursday 22nd July
- FIRST ROUND 7:30am Shotgun Start.
- SECOND ROUND 12:30pm Shotgun Start.
- ENTRY FEE $60 Includes Breakfast Roll, Buffet Lunch and Post Game Share Plate.
- HANDICAP LIMIT 27 Daily Handicap (Players with a handicap higher than 27 may enter but must play off the maximum of 27)
- PRESENTATION Players are requested to shower and change for the presentation. Major trophies will not be awarded to players not suitably attired at the presentation.
- BALLOT If the maximum field size of 144 is reached and there are reserves, players will be balloted with the highest handicap players being balloted out first.
- PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to 1st through 5th place overall (36 holes), best AM and PM scores, and novelties.
- TIES In the event of any ties, the countback system will be used to determine the winner.
